Håkan Jansson

Chairman of the board since 2019

Master of Science in Business and Economics with long experience from variuous positions, primarerly  at Telia, most recently Senior Vice President, Head of Holding. Vast experience as a board member in both small and bigger companies and solid experience from internationalization, company expansion, M&A and financing.

Anna-Karin Edstedt Bonamy

Board member since 2024

Anna-Karin completed her doctorate in cardio-vascular follow-up of premature babies in 2008 and became a specialist in paediatric and adolescent medicine in 2009. She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in neonatal care and paediatric cardiology and has published more than 70 clinical research articles in perinatal and cardiovascular epidemiology.  Anna-Karin has been an associate professor in paediatrics at Karolinska Institutet since 2014, and in 2017 she started working at the health technology company Doctrin, where she has been the CEO since 2020.

Lena Kajland Wilén

Board member since 2014

Independent consultant in business development and commercialization. Background as business area manager for INIFY at ContextVision AB and former CEO of Aprovix AB. Also been global market manager for MicroDose at Sectra/Philips as well as for NIOX at Aerocrine AB and for Xalatan and Healon at Pharmacia AB.

Education: Master of Science in Engineering degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm; Bachelor in Market Economy IHM, Certified Boardmember Styrelseakademin.

Sonny Norström

Board member since 2003

Co-founder of Zenicor. Background as a manager in IT and internet in the Skandia Group, and as a product manager at Ericsson Business Innovation.

Mats Palerius
