Sustainability work
In 2024, Zenicor has taken important steps to strengthen and structure our sustainability work. As part of this work, we have identified the UN Sustainable Development Goals that best align with our business and where we have the greatest opportunity to make a difference. By integrating sustainability into our business strategy, we ensure long-term and sustainable growth while contributing to a more sustainable world.
We have chosen to focus on the following three sustainability goals:
Good health and well-being
Health is at the core of our business. Through our technology, we enable early diagnosis of arrhythmias to improve health outcomes, reduce the burden on healthcare and the cost to society.
Sustainable consumption and production
We actively work to optimise our production chain and reduce our carbon footprint through sustainable procurement, material selection, and circular processes.
Fighting climate change
Reducing emissions is a central focus of our work.
The Zenicor Solution enables remote arrhythmia investigations, reducing the need for travel to healthcare facilities and thereby lowering our carbon footprint.
To further strengthen and structure these efforts, we appointed a Sustainability Manager, Liz Muwanga, in 2024. She is responsible for leading and monitoring Zenicor’s sustainability initiatives.
We view sustainability as a key driver of our continued growth.
Zenicor is firmly convinced that our commitment to sustainability not only contributes to a better world but also enhances our business and long-term value creation.
